Welcome to our comprehensive Foundation (2027) Transition program!

At Cheltenham Primary School, we believe that a seamless transition from pre-school to Foundation is vital to establish a sound start to school life. Children, parents and care givers are encouraged to participate in the transition program in order to explore the engaging programs available.

Our school proudly provides children with a happy and active start to their school years in a safe and secure environment. We aim to facilitate the best possible transition between Pre-school and Foundation through the following programs:
