Welcome to our comprehensive Foundation (2026) Transition program!

At Cheltenham Primary School, we believe that a seamless transition from pre-school to Foundation is vital to establish a sound start to school life. Children, parents and care givers are encouraged to participate in the transition program in order to explore the engaging programs available.

Our school proudly provides children with a happy and active start to their school years in a safe and secure environment. We aim to facilitate the best possible transition between Pre-school and Foundation through the following programs:

Our school zone is available on findmyschool.vic.gov.au which hosts the most up-to-date information on school zones in Victoria.

Once you have confirmed your residential address to be either In Zone or Out of Zone, please click on the applicable link to book into the next available school tour (maximum 6 families per tour).
